I ordered a 1" seal with a customized lotus-crescent design and the result was not only beautiful but exceeded all my expectations. Not only was the image meticulously engraved but it was also cut both cleanly and deeply, which left a clear, accentuated impression upon the wax true to the provided design.

The customer service is beyond amazing. I was impressed by their professional honesty - when I initially provided a very complex design, they made sure to message me and counsel regarding the exact limitations it would impose rather than deliver a substandard product out of greed. They were also extremely cooperative in both altering and updating the order to add some stuff which I forgot to put in the cart earlier.

All-in-all a superb experience. Highly recommend their services to anybody looking to add an artistic flair to their effects. My only suggestion would be to improve the size roster of available seals, especially adding a selection for smaller-sized ones e.g. 0.75" or 20-25 mm since those can work with less wax and are a little more manageable for informal/social purposes. Other than that, all the best from a very, very, satisfied customer.

I used a different wax which was sticky even when it dried (like candle wax). This one produced very clear stamp and sealed well.
